Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: For orders shipping within the United States you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: I am international and I cannot see my shipping costs. How do I find out how much it costs to ship my order? A: For International orders (including Canada) the shipping costs can be viewed once you have entered your shipping address during the checkout process. Please note that the order is not final until your payment is submitted, so you can check the shipping costs as many times as you like and then go back to shopping.
Q: Why do the prices of some products change frequently? A: There are several factors involved when determining the selling price of any particular product. Some of these factors include current demand, scarcity, and our cost to acquire or restock.
